ICEPAK erro in running file

  While executing ICEPAK command , i am getting this error
  
  I have installed ANSYS in other directory than C. and when i click on properties , i get this window.
  
  Anyone plz help

  There could be some security software blocking the execution of the solver. Can you temporarily turn off the security software and launch Workbench and then Icepak.
  
  If this doesn't work, please reinstall Ansys tools in C drive and try again.
