SubscriberHi all,
I am using ANSYSÂ 2019R1 now to study on a compressor. I got a problem with dealing with the mesh in ANSYS Turbogrid now. The thing is I would like to extend the outlet mesh of the rotor, I googled some tutorial videos and one of them said to set "Trim outlet" and the A values, which could increase or decrease the length of outlet region. The weird thing is now the value for outlet A is 0.16 for both hub and shroud, when I enter a bigger number like 0.2, the turbogrid returned me the error message like below:
Failed to locate intersection at outlet: HUB (intersection precision of 0.211039), trimming aborted.
Does anyone have ideas about what is going one here?
Thank you in advance!
