Please let me know why I am facing this error?

I uploaded the screenshots of meshing and fluent.

      Boundary condition:

      Inlet-nitrogen gas at 110K,

      Outlet-outflow,

      pipe_domain-stainless steel,

      fluid_domain-nitrogen gas,

pipe and fluid initial temperature is 300K.

      Geometry:

pipe dia-20mm, length-350mm, having bellows in between.

Read the manual covering the outflow boundary condition. Then change it.

As ANSYS Staff, we can not download attachments. Please insert images using insert image functionality.

Yes, please check your boundary conditions.

Specifically check inlet and outlet boundary condition.

Also from images, mesh looks ok. But still check orthogonal quality. The min ortho quality should be above 0.1.

Depending on your inlet conditions, your mesh may need more refinement. Please check the turbulence model you are using.

      Regards,

      Keyur
