Hello, 
I want to use an encrypted SMA Connector model as a .aedt file from Würth Elektronik (WE) in one of my HFSS simulations. However, it gives the below error. When I contacted WE, they could not help and told to contact Ansys. Could you please help me with this? I am using Ansys Electronics Desktop 2024 R1. SMA connector article number: 60312202114514

Please share the link from where you are trying to access the 3D component to help us serve you better.

Kindly note that if the component needs to be updated with a support version then WE team can only update it as it is encrypted.

There are few SMA connector 3D components available from WE in the 3D component library. If it interests you, then one general SMA connector 3D component is available under 3D components library > HFSS > Surface Mount Devices.
