License install: “not a valid host id” (I am certain host id is right)

  Like the title says, I am having an issue with the Ansys license installation. When I try to add my license file on the License Management Center, I get:
  "Did not upload file - Error: The hostid in the license file is not a valid hostid for this license server machine."
  I have double checked the the host ID of the license matches that of my machine by going into the "Get System Hostid Information" section. It matches the host ID of the Disk Serial Number.
  If anyone has any idea what I should be looking out for to fix this error, please let me know!

  - Contains 4 products
  - VENDOR ansyslmd
  - USE_SERVER
  - .txt file
  Happy to give any additional information if it helps troubleshoot the issue
