While extracting s parameter for flex pcb in Ansys siwave , showing below mentioned error.

No planes detected 

Solution canceled: No significant planes detected in design.

help us to fix this issue. for flex pcb s-parameter extraction do we need enable options in ansys siwave.

SIwave is not a 3D solver. Try using HFSS 3D Layout instead.
You can export your design from SIwave to 3DL
