Ansys EmployeeHello Narendra,
Â
When opening the Client ANSLIC_ADMIN Utility, right-click on it and choose "run as administrator".
This will allow you to input the License Server name.

SubscriberHi Geo,
License server name and other details are already entered and I can see them (as I was using ansys). I replaced the license file but ansys is not able to use new license file and I see these two messages on screen. Here it shows academic license only...Research license is not available.
Thanks.
Narendra

Ansys EmployeeHello,
Please try to STOP and START the ANSYS License Manager to reread the new licenses.
Also, you can try renaming the v192 folder under %appdata%Ansys on your machine to v192.old
