Workbench application not showing up after installing Ansys Student 2024 R2

  I have recently installed the Ansys Student 2024 R2 software and have followed all the instructions from the website and the workbench application is not installed. When I go into the Ansys student folder to run the RunWB2 file, it gives me this error:

  If you check the install.log, are there any errors listed?
  C:\Program Files\Ansys Inc\Ansys Student\install.log

  It looks like there's no errors but it doesn't say install complete at the end.
