I'm simulating about metasurface and I have a question about it.
I use source in substrate and get results that I want.
But is it possible that source work in substrate?

Dear Subscriber,

For injecting light from the source, the solver uses its location and surrounding refractive index, so this should not be an issue in your simulation.
Please note, that it is better to ensure that the source span does not cover multiple materials, as this can sometimes cause divergence issues.
