Dear Subscriber,

1.       If you use FDTD, please refer to the following examples: Diffraction grating – Ansys Optics and Blazed grating – Ansys Optics.
2.       You may also want to consider using the RCWA solver. For more details, see the RCWA Product Reference Manual – Ansys Optics.
