十分感谢您的回复，经过你的提醒，我发现一方面是没有使用format long命令，使用之后，可以得到不同电压之下的Neff是随之改变的。但是改变的幅度比较小。随后，我猜想可能是和我的器件的结构和掺杂的浓度分布有关，不同电压下的浓度变化并不是很大，因而Neff变化不明显。当我改变载流子浓度，使其变化更加明显后，发现确实Neff的改变相比之前是更加明显的。因而，EME的np density block应该是发挥作用了的。
