Have a look at DPM (to model the droplets) and wall film models. If you want a quicker result LWF may be a better option for the wall film. Splashing probably won't matter in this scenario so I'd leave that off. 

Note, as the film models use the wall boundary and don't have a physical thickness you may need to rethink the near wall mesh somewhat. Most aero applications focus (too much) on y+, but here you need to consider whether the film is likely thicker than the near wall cell is high: that makes the mesh y+ focus a little silly...
