oscilloscopes measure time-domain signals. not sure what the simulaiton goals you desire using such a file. Do you want to simulate nonlinear waveguide?Â
mostly we measure the power instead of electric field intensity.

I know the measurement is power, but why is the power after passing through the waveguide as shown in the second picture? This is what I want to know, thanks!
