Freeze the software when the messages appear on Workbench

  When I click the message box on the workbench or message box appear with the solution problem about system coupling problem(Transient structural & CFX), the Workbench window freezes and cannot work.
  I do not know the reason of that problem.
  If someone have the solution of this problem please let me know.

  in Workbench try clicking
  View >> Reset Workspace
  View >> Reset Window Layout
  then open the project and see if you are able to see the messages or not
