ANSYS “Could not make and SSL handshake with server” Read-only in every program – SOLVED

  It was working fine until i got this "handshake" errors, and could not do anything besides read-only mode on fluent. u've seen all tutorials and discussions, and nothing till now. please help

  Close all ANSYS applications, then open CMD Prompt and issue the following command
  
  move "%appdata%ansys" "%appdata%ansys.old"

  hello! i actually already tried that and didnt worked. even installing new version of R3 or lower. but i already managed to open ansys normally.
  
  the solution: uninstall anti-virus and reinstall ansys.

  I have the same problem but even when I reinstalled ansys it didn't work can you pls help me out?.
