SubscriberIt was working fine until i got this "handshake" errors, and could not do anything besides read-only mode on fluent. u've seen all tutorials and discussions, and nothing till now. please help

Ansys EmployeeClose all ANSYS applications, then open CMD Prompt and issue the following command
move "%appdata%ansys" "%appdata%ansys.old"

Subscriberhello! i actually already tried that and didnt worked. even installing new version of R3 or lower. but i already managed to open ansys normally.
the solution: uninstall anti-virus and reinstall ansys.
but thanks !!

SubscriberI have the same problem but even when I reinstalled ansys it didn't work can you pls help me out?.
