Hi,
In Transient solver, the default boundary condition forces the field to be tangential to the Region surface. So, if the Region is not big enough then you are forcing the field to be inside a specific volume. In this case you are not computing the reality.
For torque calculation is also important to have good mesh in the airgap area.
