20GHz 是bandwidth 还是频率? 这个你要想清楚。
目前未见CHARGE能仿真交流电。

20GHz是施加射频信号的频率也是带宽,这种情况下是不是不用charge仿真,而是用其他的软件比如HFSS呢?
