SubscriberHello guys.
I am a student from Slovenia, and I ran into a problem when I installed Ansys. I successfully installed it, but when I try to open a program, there is an error: The directory C:/Users/iga does not exist. I think the problem is the name itself. In the path represents Ž, so the program does not recognize Ž, so I need to change it to Z. But I don't think this is an easy fix. Can anybody help me solve this issue? Thanks for your help. -

SubscriberYou assumption is correct, the user name can only be English, what you should do is changing your user name or just create a new accout using an English name, and then install the software again.

Ansys EmployeeHello,
Yes, I believe the issue is the special character in the Username. You can try to change the username or create a new user and log in as that user.
