  I would recommend installing the software to a directory that has no special characters. (LM)
  Also, I see a message concerning OpenGL needing updated.

  I’m getting the same error, did you ever fix it?
  UPDATE: I fixed it by copying "fx0.msb" from inside the "en-us" outside to the "Language" folder
