Hi!
I'm trying to perform a very simple thermal analyss, but i'm getting a:
"An unknown error occurred during solution. Â Check the Solver Output on the Solution Information object for possible causes."
The Solution Information says that i have "NUMBER OF ERRORÂ Â MESSAGES ENCOUNTERED = 0"
Model is very simple:
- Half cylinder with a hole through
- Ambient temp = 4degC
- Internal temp = 121degC
- convection load = 0.1W/mmWC
Only getting to errors i the file0.err
I have defined only thermal properties for my material:Â
Â
Any thoughts?Â
Â

Hi
Not sure exactly what it is – can you try solving with the default Structural Steel material instead of your own material.
All the best

Hi
Try and save it in a local file and do not use strange characters for folder path and file name (.wbpj).
Â
Also turn off DMP (distributed solve).
Â
All the best
Erik
