Unable to get server resident program to communicate with Ansys server

  We have installed an Ansys on our local machine and it can communicate with our program on our server inside our firewall, but we are unable to get our program on our server to communicate with the Ansys server.

  Do you have any screenshot of error message?
  May I know the OS version of server? Which package have you installed?
