你先看看衍射级是否一致；

其次，你可能需要更细的网格，增加仿真区的ZSpan，保证PML足够厚，如半个波长；减小autoshutoff min 增加仿真时间测试一下。

最好将FDTD位移一点，周期边界在长或者短的物体上，可能短物体更合适。
