Consider the use of a reduced domain, with periodicity if your analysis allows for that.

Other options to reduce computational time is to reduce your model, which can often comes with trade-offs that can affect the accuracy, stability, and reliability of your results.

You can consider using a coarser, more efficient mesh, which means you would refine only the regions of interest and coarsen the mesh away from those regions. Make sure that your mesh remains sufficient to resolve important flow features/phenomena for your analysis.

If it doesn't affect the stability of your simulation, you can see if increasing the time step size is possible, but you will lose temporal resolution.
