Installation and License Issue

  Hello everyone,
  
  I have a brand new computer and it seems that I can't install Ansys on it.
  
  I tried to : download Ansys /Install it / Reboot the computer / Desintall all Ansys manually / Reinstall it / re Download it /...
  
  Well, I tried a few things.
  
  The error that I get is ALWAYS the following one :
  
  As I said earlier, my computer is brand new, the first thing I tried to install is Ansys.
  
  I hope someone can help me with my issue.

  What version of ANSYS did you install ?
  
  If 19.2, please note that its license has expired, you would have to follow the steps here to renew it

  If you are already using 2019 R2 version but still see this error, please try creating a test Windows user account that only has English letters or numbers in the name and nothing else.
