Electronics Desktop 2019R2 break down when I check the Rmxprt model

  I created an Rmxprt model, and when I checked it, the following menu popped up. Can anyone help me figure it out?

  do you get the same issue if you use the sample projects that come with the AnsysEM installation (File -> Open Examples -> RMxprt) ?

  what if you try other design type like HFSS, Maxwell 2D , etc. ?
  
  you can try renaming your C:UsersusernameDocumentsAnsoft folder to anything else
  
  also try setting your temp directory to be under C:Temp . You can change this from AEDT GUI -> Tools -> Options -> General Options -> Directories
  
  If these don't help, I suspect issue is related to graphics.
