      关于加密网格操作如下，选中需要加密的结构右击选择length based，将maximum length设置的小一点，比如3-5倍线宽

      在求解设置中setup>advanced>delta Z0设置的小一点比如0.5%。

      在sweep中error tolerance值设置小一点比如0.1%，仿真精度会高
