Hi, when I import cadence PCB to Q3D using SIWAVE, how to create terminals exactly same as the Pads of PCB? Siwave provided very limited choices, and none of them can do what I want. Thanks

Hello Peter,
Thanks for your query.Â
With the available information that you provided in your query, I can only suggest: You can use the different primitive shape options under the "draw" menu available inside Q3D to draw out any shape of pad- geometry that you want.
In case you are looking out for something different or very specific please provide more details about it to help us understand better.
