Hello Noura, 

You can refer this Creating Helix Using Ansys Discovery - Ansys Knowledge which demosntrates the use of Pull tool to create helical springs in Ansys Discovery. 

When you are creating this helix you can use the Script recorder which will record each operation as a scripting step and can save the script as .dscript or .py format. 

Script Editor is available under File menu and make sure you start the script recorder highligted in the image below:
