One of our users is having an issue with ANSYS Lumerical. It will fail to connect to our license server during her simulations and interrupts it.
- She's seen the issue on multiple machines. And with both the fdtd solver and rcwa solver.
- No one else has reported similar issues, so at this time it seems to be specific to this user.
- The errors in the job details show the correct license path. And typically say it cannot find the license feature in the licensing pool, but sometimes it says the Flexlm server is not responding.
- I haven't found any errors in the license server log. Nothing showing her machines failing to checkout a license.
- I've upgraded the license manager software to 2024 R1, and also her install of ANSYS Lumerical to 2024 R1 from 2022. The issue has persisted.
I could use some help troubleshooting this issue, particularly where I could find useful logs/info on the user's machine.
