Are you able to run CFD-Post standalone? Try opening the CFD-Post standalone and read in the result file from your simulation.

No.
I was trying to open CFD-Post alone but the same error occurred.Â
I really do not know why this happens all of sudden as I did not have any problems for past 1 year.
Oh I am using the student version if that might cause the issue.
