i have done charge simulation of my photodetector design. but i don't know hoe to calculate 3dB frequency and normalized response. would you please help me with that?

the script file they have mentioned in vertical detector for calculating the normalized response is showing an error while running. There is no information about how to calculate the normalized response in reference manual also. how will i get information regardimh this.
