Bolt Thread Geometry Correction ANSYS Static Structural

Hello, does anyone have any insight into the formulation of bolt threads if we use geometry correction within frictional contact? Does the bolt thread algorithm consider thread root Kt (stress concentration) into effect? If the mesh is too fine (i.e. element size smaller than 1/4th of the pitch), will it result in a higher bolt stress? Is there any more information, tips, documentation besides whats already given in the below links for using bolt thread geometry correction? Thank you for the help.

      Hello,

Pleaase see if the following link helps: Modeling Bolt Threads Using Contacts | Ansys Mechanical (simutechgroup.com)

Hello Ashish, thanks for the link. Is tetrahedron elements vs hex elements more appropriate for this type of bolt thread modelling? Is there any more insight into the thread Kt alogrithm formulation that ANSYS maybe using?
