SubscriberThe conductivity of the material is set to change with temperature under the solver of the DC conduction. To verify the change in conductivity set up the following extreme case: set up the material as an insulator, but at a temperature greater than 0, the material is a conductor. At the same time, the temperature of the material is set to 30 degrees. However, the electric field distribution calculation results are still distributed according to the case where the material is an insulator.

Ansys EmployeeHello Limeng,
Please make conductivty < 1, like 0.8, in the material propertie and also check material thresdholds in design setting to make sure what is the conductivity of insulator. Thanks.
