ANSYS Workbench 2023 R2 taking too long time (more than 20 min) to open

      I'm encountering delays (more than 20 min) when launching ANSYS Workbench 2023 R2, and SpaceClaim is performing  very slow.  

      Additionally, the license settings indicate that the license server may be down orunresponsive. I've attached a screenshot of the license settings for reference. Can anyone assist me in resolving this issue?

      Hello Navaraj,

      This may be a DNS/hostname issue with the license server.
      I see from the screen you posted that there are 3 different hostnames in reference to the license server




      Can you ping each mac hine name?
      I would check with the IT Department to see which name you have access to and 
      verify that you are able to see that machine with low latency.
