I encountered a problem when simulating a HFSS resistor. I was trying to model and simulate a resistor at a frequency of 0-45GHz. I used the HFSS lump boundary condition method, but this method seems to be less accurate at high frequencies. I would like to ask if there is any way to accurately simulate high frequency (45GHz) SMD resistor model?

For increased accuracy you can use the Modelithics library for HFSS:

I can't  use the Modelithics library for HFSS because I can't register for modelithics,If it is convenient, can you help me download a few SMD Resistor models? Or is there any other information that I can refer to?Â
Thank you for all your assistance.
