How to calculate sheet resistance for a structure with Lumerical charge simulation? Is there any module to calculate it?Â

Sheet resistance might be defined as the resistance of a thin film that is uniform in thicknes:
R_sheet = V / (I * W)
where V is the voltage across the film, I is the current flowing through the film, and W is the width of the film.
If this is the case, you can calculate it from simulation as the voltage is what is applied and current can be obtained from simulation result, and the thickness is known.Â
