I am working on ansys workbench (Mechanical), trying to apply spring for component's bottom to the ground. How to apply sprint distributed over an entire area.

Ansys EmployeeIf you scope a spring to the surface using "Deformable" behavior that would do it. Or you could scope an Elastic Support to that face. You'd need to divide the spring constant by the area to compute the elastic support value.
