Hello,
I am an Ansys Workbench user, and I am struggling to run Ansys Optimization for some reasons.
First, I am doing an unstructured mesh with prism layer using ICEM CFD :As I am updating my geometry for each iteration of the optimization process, I need to update the mesh. The problem is that the mesh that I have after updating it doesn’t have any prism layers..
And when I click manually on the “compute mesh” button, it works properly.
Moreover, It happens that the ICEM software crashes, which stops the optimization process.

Hello,
Did you try using Fluent meshing? I think Fluent meshing has more user friendly interface and less hassle procedure.
