Results in every element or node – ANSYS MECHANICAL

Hello,
I would like to know if there is any way to display the results for every node and/or element in ANSYS Workbench. I would like my model to see like the picture.

Depending on what result you want to show, you can do this using the elemental mean display option:
This won't directly give you the number, but you can easily use the probe feature to add the probes:
