In SpaceClaim, use 2 orthogonal planes to split the body into 4 pieces then on the Workbench tab, use the Share button to have the mesher connect the elements across the cut surfaces.

January 23, 2024 at 1:38 pmrupali.pandeySubscriberI have cut the hemisphere using orthogonal planes but then also I am not getting appropriate mesh (meshing through thickness) when meshing in Ansys mechanical. Please suggest some appropriate method.

Please show the mesh you got on one quarter piece and sketch what mesh you wanted.
On the original goemetry, there is a concave face and a convex face. You could pick one of those faces to be the source face to build Inflation layers in the quarter piece. Having inflation layers on both faces is problematic because those two faces meet at a common edge.

Is the original geometry just 2 surfaces and not a solid body?

The original geometry do consist of solid body.
