Small scale metalens example

  Hello,
  I am trying to use small scale metalens example of lumerical. When I construct full metalens, in farfield propagation plot in polar coordinates, there is diffraction pattern in small focal lengths like 50um. When I increase the focal length to 300um interference disappears. Do you have any suggestion how to solve this? You may see related images attached.

  Thank you for reaching out to us. This is very interesting case and I haven't face the exact one before. My first intuition would be that the diffraction pattern is caused due to monitor's dimensions. I would suggest to increase them and reobserve your results.
