Solve Button Greyed out

  I don't understand why the solve button is greyed out. I downloaded and only able to use it 1 time with the same model.

  Hi Theresa,
  You can try solving the model again. You can try updating the fidelity and then solving it. Would you please also check the messages as there might be some error due to which your solution isn't being processed?
  You might also want to check if the geometry is completely defined.

    I found the message. I try to analyze wind for a building. What can I do, should I scale the model down? Is there any document you know will help with analyzing building using ansys?
