CFX Application Failed to connect issue Ansys Workbench 2019 R1

  Hi,
  
  I have recently installed ANSYS student Workbench 2019 R1. This is the error which appears when running CFX. Can you please help me to understand how to fix the issue. Thank you

  Please can you post the error? Staff are not allowed to open attachments. Is the error from the solver (eg divergence) or from the software (fails to start)?
