nCode Installation license issue

  I purchased a hybrid license which includes ANSYS nCode DesignLife Standard and ANSYS nCode DesignLife Thermo-Mechanical Module. This license is tied directly to my computer. I run the hybrid license, and ANSYS License Manager indicates it runs successfully. (please see following pictures) . However when I go back to Workbench and try to access nCode, it says "Failes to get license for ncodedesktop".
  
  IT department says it's because that the ANSYS configuration is pointing to the license server that hosts ANSYS for the campus, and I need to configure my computer to point to both school license server for ANSYS and the local license file on my computer for nCode. Could anyone please help to fix this issue?
