Adjust Mesh controls to mesh with 2 or 3 times larger elements on the face of the cylinder while maintaining 2 elements through the thickness. That will reduce the node count by a factor of 4 to 9.

Under Analysis settings, change the Solver Type from Sparse Direct (or Program Controlled) to PCG Iterative. The interative solver needs much less RAM and will often solve much faster than the Sparse Direct solver on a solid element only mesh.
