Error while solving static structural problem

  Hi,
  
  I am getting below error when I try to solve the static structural problem.

  Where are you running this? On your local machine or on a cluster?
  
  If it is run locally? Kill all processes, better if you can restart your machine.
  
  Turn off Distributed solve and see if it runs?
  
  This can be done using Tools>Solve process Settings>Advanced and turn off Distribute Solution.

  Thanks for your response. After turning off distributed solve, I am able to solve it.
  
  Even though I am runing it in local machine, why am I getting this error.

  Because by default distributed solve is turned on and if the host machine has limited memory or limited disk space or some other systems issue...it might run into problems like in your case. Since you are running on a local machine you are not loosing out much on the speed by turning off distributed solve.
