How to export Ansys Maxwell simulation results for post-processing in matlab or in .csv file

      Hi

I am using Maxwell 3D with DC conduction solution type.

I would like to export the results of electric field(E), voltage(V) and current density(J) to matlab for post-processing.

But I don't know how to export it in .txt or .csv files.

Hope someone would help me on it.

      Thanks.

I think this is what you're after: I don't use Maxwell but do know (roughly) what to look for in the manual. Go to help and follow this:

Maxwell Help > Working with Maxwell Projects and Designs > Exporting Files > Exporting Data Table Files

Hopefully the community can assist further as needed.

Open the Fields Calculator. Select the Quantity you want to export. Then Export the quantity. Refer attached image for reference.

      Hi Rahul,

I have exported a field calculator data which is in .fld file. How I can open it and how I can use it to create graph?

      Thanks

      Raju
