If you have an Intel account and license, you should be able to get the 2019 update 5 via the Registration Center. You can go to the Downloads tab and click on "Intel Parallel Studios XE Professional Edition for Fortran and C++ Windows)", on the next screen there will be a drop-down menu where you can choose older versions. Note that if you choose the Upgrade option under the Entitlements tab, you'll no longer be able to get those older versions (you might have to submit a ticket to Intel to then locate them). Also, can you let me know which version of MS VS you are using?
