      Hi,

I tried to simulate a microstrip line in Ansys HFSS by following this video, but there is this error:
[error] Port refinement, process hf3d error: Too few conductors were found on port Port1.  There should be one conductor for each terminal, with one additional reference conductor.  Unintentional contact between conductors may cause this error.. Please contact Ansys technical support.

      Thank you.

      Hello Qian,

Thank you for reaching out to the Ansys Learning Forum.

This error occurs if both the top and bottom conductor sheets are shorted. Please see if 'Auto Open Region' is enabled in the solution type window. If not, an explicit radiation box should be added to the model because the default material in Ansys HFSS is PEC.

You may find this thread helpful - Port Refinement, process hf3d error: Too few conductors were found on port1 (ansys.com)

      Best regards,

      Anchal
