Ansys License Manager

  Apache Tom Cat seems to be crashing the license server on Windows Server 2019.

  Hi Mike,
  Can you please restart the services and check? Launch Task Manager as admin -->Service Tab--> Stop the below services and start them again, it should be running.

  Hi Rajeshwari,
  That is how I get the license server to run again. The other way is to stop the license manager and then start it up again.
  When the server is hung up and users can't pull a license I check the services and both services are running. I even put in properties if any those services stop running to automatically start them back up. What seems to work is I downloaded RamMap then empty the working sets:
  Problem is sometimes I forget to do this and then it hangs up after awhile.
  I also have another Ansys license server that hosts our Zemax Optical licenses and I have the same issue.
